Change Of Mind Policy

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

We are sure you will love your furniture as much as we do. That’s why we offer 15 Day Returns policy.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to Return the Item. Furthering this we maintain the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for the return, inspection and storage of the item. You must contact us within the noted 15 Day period via email to sales@avantgardefurniture.com.au , noting your invoice number, name and contact details. We will respond to you either via email or over the phone to confirm and proceed with the return.

Store Credit will apply to orders returned under our Change of Mind policy. Items returned must be in ‘as-New’ condition, and in their original packaging. Meaning you have not used, assembled, damaged, any of the items. Please return items in their original packaging. Shipping costs cannot be refunded once the service has been provided.

Please understand we cannot refund any costs incurred in the delivery / recollection or repacking of the goods. Items should also be returned in their original condition with a sales receipt attached.

Change of Mind policy does not apply to purchases made by trade customers & industry professionals, custom made or any type of special order. A special order is defined as any order which is unique in nature by the following characteristics: Larger volumes, specific measurements, custom finishes or hand finishes and any installations which require the participation of other trades.

Non-Returnable items Excluded from all Change of Mind Returns include:

  • Trade Orders
  • Preorder Items
  • Sale items or Clearance items
  • Products described as “Made to order” or “Custom”.
  • Textiles, Mattresses, bedding, pillows and sofa covers
  • Clearance display stock (e.g. warehouse, display, floor stock etc.)
  • Personalised items
  • Orders for non-domestic use
  • Return Shipping costs

Change of Mind Return Delivery

For Change of Mind Returns due to incorrect purchase or size, the Repacking and Return Delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Return Delivery and Repacking cost is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your Change of Mind Return, our Sales Team can arrange Store credit or Exchange. DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to ensure that the product photos of our items accurately reflect the actual colour and finish of the item in person. However, due to the differences in monitor and device settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc) there may be a slight difference in colour, fabric or finish between what is shown on the site and the final product. Product may show variation in colour and finish from stock images due to difference in real lighting, conditions and positioning. There may be variations in hand finishes, and photographic lighting since lighting conditions during photo shoots or screen settings on devices can alter colour perception.
