Backorder / Pre Order.
When ordering a Preorder, Backorder or Custom item this makes you bound by the Terms and Conditions of the preorder, backorder sale. All preorder items are considered final once order is received. Once your order is received preorder or backorder items can take APPROX 8-12 weeks to arrive in our ports and could be held for longer periods for Australian custom clearances, inclement weather, strikes and other issues that may arise which are out of our control. We do not accept order cancellations due to extended delivery times. Any delivery charges are due prior to dispatch of goods if unpaid. The customer is aware that they are receiving a discount to accept part or all of the of the risk in the purchase. Pre orders cannot be cancelled without forfeiting their payment. Please contact us within 3 days to cancel order. We cannot cancel any Pre order after the 3 day cancellation period.
