Door to Door Delivery
Standard Door to door shipping cost does not include unpack and installation. The Freight forwarder can deliver to Indoor ground floor location only. Unpacking, assembly and rubbish removal is the responsibility of the customer if white glove or installation service is not purchased. You can book the following services once your order has been delivered to your location.
Pre-Delivery Checklist
CHECK #1 Measure all dimensions Ensure all furniture dimensions have been measured & confirmed.
CHECK #2 Prepare access points Assess all access points, make sure there is clearance for delivery.
CHECK #3 Confirm delivery info Ensure delivery date, time, address, and instructions are correct.
CHECK #4 Have someone on site Arrange a dedicated site contact for delivery day.
CHECK #5 Prepare delivery area Ensure area is protected and ready for placement.
CHECK #6 Extra assistance for heavy items Have extra assistance arranged for heavy items.
