Wood is a natural material that is vulnerable to scratches, chips and other damage and therefore extra care should be taken during handling. Timber furniture requires regular dusting and cleaning with a slightly damp cloth. Any contact with water should be dried immediately after cleaning.
Cracking and checking of timber is a very natural side effect in trying to reach a natural equilibrium with its environment and may occur as wood shrinks and dries.

The warranty encompasses the frame and manufacture of your item of furniture when used in a normal domestic situation. The warranty does not cover bed mechanisms, seat and back inserts, fabric or leather. (These items have their own warranties.)
All components, bed mechanisms, hardware, seat and back inserts, fabric or leather and upholstery furniture for seating (Sofas, Chairs, Stools, Ottomans, Beds) – 2 years.
Lighting, Homewares, Mirrors, Wall Art – 1 year.
