Your purchase is covered by a 10 year warranty. We want you to feel confident and secure that when you invest in our products, you are getting the best and most effective products available on the market. Your purchase is covered by a 10 year warranty.
The warranty encompasses the frame and manufacture of your item of furniture when used in a normal domestic situation. The warranty does not cover bed mechanisms, seat and back inserts, fabric or leather. (These items have their own warranties.)
All components, bed mechanisms, hardware, seat and back inserts, fabric or leather and upholstery furniture for seating (Sofas, Chairs, Stools, Ottomans, Beds) – 2 years.
Lighting, Homewares, Mirrors, Wall Art – 1 year.
